Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience

Financial Reporting Specialist

Requirements:

  • Multitasking ability;

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quarterly financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP;
  • Preparation of consolidated financial reporting of the group of companies;
  • Preparation of management financial reporting;
  • Audit support - work with external auditors.

Senior Specialist in Financial Department

Requirements:

  • Work experience: 3-4 years (preferably in Big Four);
  • Experience in preparation of public financial reports and audit in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word;

  • English – fluent.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading internal audits in accordance with internal requirements of the Company/International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
  • Preparation of management reports/analysis of key metrics within the Company;
  • Analyze/reform weakneses within business processes in the Company;
  • Seek for effective and efficient ways to solve existing problems (if any);
  • Be able to prepare Consolidated/Separate financial reports of the Companies according to IFRS/US GAAP;
  • Be able to and has experience in supervision of reporting specialists/lower level specialists;

BUSINESS PROCESSES TECHNOLOGIST

Main responsibilities:

-         Analysis and assessment of business processes

-         Development, implementation of and control over fulfilment of business processes

-         Optimization/reengineering of business processes

-         Modeling of business processes

-         Distribution of functions and powers between departments

-         Processes risks and controls assessment

-         Development of technical specifications for business processes automation

-         Testing of the developed functionality and user training

-         Development, implementation of and control over implementation of regulations

-         Review of regulations developed by other departments

-         Consulting and methodological work with divisions on business processes.

Requirements:

-         Financial or technical academic degree

-         At least 3 years of experience in development and implementation of business processes

-         Experience in developing internal regulations or otherwise working therewith

-         Analytical way of thinking and ability to organize information

-         Clear understanding of the processes and supporting systems

-         Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

-         Knowledge of business process modeling standards and methodologies (EPC, Work-Flow, IDEFx)

-         Ability to held interviews and negotiations

-         Competent spoken and written language

-         Knowledge of English and Kazakh languages is a plus
