The constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Astana International financial center« provides for the exemption of all investors from paying taxes on dividends, renumeration and profits on securities on the AIFC Exchange (AIX) until January 1, 2066. Located in the Astana International Financial Center is the AIFC’s own stock exchange (Astana International Exchange), along with the independent financial regulator (AFSA) and an independent court.
